The landscaping and lighting features of our National Highway Streetscape Project will provide a strong unifying element to the community of LaVale. These improvements will identify our main street as well as demonstrate the state's and the community's willingness to invest in LaVale.

Many of these design elements will be the responsibility of LaVale residents and business owners. The LaVale Civic Improvement Association hopes to gain endorsement from both. How we will address these items depends upon the support and cooperation of our community.
